We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position comes with a salary of 1100 and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Security Manager or similar related roles. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and able to think on your feet when needed. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibilities of the Security Manager will include monitoring access control systems, overseeing security personnel, performing security audits, investigating breaches or violations of security policies, designing security plans and protocols, conducting employee training sessions on security procedures, writing reports on security updates and incidents, and liaising with law enforcement agencies if needed.

The successful candidate should have a thorough understanding of safety protocols and techniques for protecting people and property. They must possess excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), strong organizational skills with attention to detail, good decision making & problem solving skills, strong leadership qualities including the ability to delegate tasks effectively to other team members. In addition they should be able to work independently with little or no direction.
