The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of proven experience in construction management. They should demonstrate a solid understanding of the construction industry, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. They should have a good understanding of the relevant laws and regulations and be able to effectively manage budgets and timelines.

The Construction Manager's main responsibilities will include overseeing construction projects from start to finish, managing on-site personnel, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards, working with architects and engineers to develop plans for projects, negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors, preparing reports on project progress, resolving conflicts between personnel or contractors, monitoring progress against budget constraints, and conducting regular inspections on site.

The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills; they should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; possess strong leadership qualities; have good interpersonal skills; have a degree in Architecture or Engineering; possess good technical drawing skills; understand relevant laws or regulations; have knowledge of building materials; be familiar with construction methods or techniques; have knowledge of cost estimation procedures; possess good problem solving skills; be able to work independently as well as part of a team; be proactive in their approach to work.
