Job Title: Waiter
Salary: 1000 AED

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Waiter in high-volume restaurants or hotels.
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to maintain a friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Good physical condition necessary for long hours of standing, walking, lifting and carrying trays.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand guests’ needs and requests.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak meal periods.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they have an enjoyable experience throughout their stay.
- Take orders from customers accurately and deliver food items to tables in a timely manner. - Verify the identity of customers ordering alcoholic beverages where required by law. - Ensure all tables are properly set up with appropriate cutlery, dishes, napkins, etc., before guests arrive. - Refill glasses when necessary and check back with customers periodically throughout the meal period. - Clear used dishes from tables after meals are completed and arrange them on trays for delivery back to the kitchen area for washing up - Process payments from customers at the end of each meal period as needed - Provide assistance with resolving any customer complaints in a professional manner.
