Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and relationships. They will use this information to make suggestions or recommendations for improving our products, services, or processes. The Data Analyst will provide support for decision-making by preparing reports based on their analysis.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities. They must have the ability to interpret data and explain it in a clear and concise manner. The candidate should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, web analytics, surveys, etc., using statistical techniques such as regression analysis
• Interpret data and write reports based on the findings
• Develop methods of visualizing data and creating dashboards
• Identify trends in the data to make predictions or suggest solutions
• Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to improve them
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs
• Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders or external clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in working with databases/data warehouses/data modeling/data manipulation/data mining/ETL process development/BI tools (PowerBI) etc.
• Solid experience in using SQL queries and scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data extraction and transformation purposes
• Knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS, SAS or R is highly desirable

Salary: 1700 KD per month
