Job Summary

We are currently looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The position offers a competitive salary of 1700 and we are open to considering an immigrant. We are looking for a candidate who has minimal work experience in the field.

Demands for the Candidate
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification;
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings;
• Knowledge of operating CNC machines;
• Good understanding of basic math (algebra, geometry etc.);
• Proven ability to pay attention to detail;
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Teamworkoriented attitude;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job Description
The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision components and parts according to customer specifications. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and follow instructions as well as operate automated machinery safely and efficiently. The CNC operator will also ensure accurate production by making minor adjustments or repairs as needed while monitoring machine performance throughout the shift. Additional responsibilities include:

• Setting up machines according to blueprints and specifications;
• Inspecting finished parts for conformance with customer specifications;
• Loading raw materials into machine feeders manually or using hoists;
• Troubleshooting malfunctions and repairing damaged parts as needed;
• Adhering strictly to safety guidelines at all times.
