Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. The salary offered is 1700 per month and we are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Manage staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance
• Ensure all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures
• Monitor production processes to identify areas of improvement
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve processes
• Communicate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Solve any operational issues that arise
• Create reports on employee performance and production progress
Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
