Position: Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have several years of experience in a supervisory role and a proven track record of success.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, including staff management, customer service, and product quality. The successful candidate will display excellent leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage employee performance
• Ensure high quality customer service standards are maintained
• Facilitate the achievement of daily production targets
• Oversee inventory control and ordering procedures
• Implement safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
