This is an excellent opportunity for a Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all areas of the hotel's operation, including service delivery, financial performance and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry. They should also possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff. The successful applicant must also demonstrate strong organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to problem solve quickly.

The primary responsibilities of this role include providing leadership and direction to the hotel staff, managing all operational areas such as housekeeping, front desk services, food & beverage operations, security & safety protocols and budget management & forecasting. The Hotel Manager must also develop and maintain strong relationships with guests as well as other stakeholders such as suppliers.
