Job Responsibilities:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from start to finish. This includes overseeing design and planning processes, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and overseeing quality assurance. The Construction Manager should also be able to develop and manage relationships with clients as well as other stakeholders, such as suppliers and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a proven track record of successful project management. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required. In addition, strong communication skills are essential for this role, along with excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail. We are also willing to consider applicants who are immigrants to Kuwait but must be able to demonstrate their previous experience in the industry.
