UX Designer (Al-Kuwait)

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user experience designs that improve the usability and accessibility of our products. This position offers a salary of 900 and we are open to considering immigrant candidates.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Researching user needs, behaviors and motivations through interviews, surveys, and other methods.
• Creating user stories, scenarios, wireframes, mockups and prototypes to illustrate design ideas.
• Working with product owners to identify user requirements and develop effective designs.
• Integrating UI design elements into product features.
• Implementing feedback from usability testing sessions.
• Ensuring designs comply with industry standards and best practices for user experience design.
• Collaborating with developers to ensure technical feasibility of design solutions.
• Keeping up with current trends in UX design tools and techniques.


We require the following qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a UX Designer or similar role for at least 5 years, preferably in an enterprise software environment.
• Degree in Design or related field is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of wireframing tools (e.g., WireframeCC) as well as prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an understanding of user behavior patterns across devices and platforms.
