Al-Kuwait is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing full life cycle recruiting plans, while creating a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a good understanding of the recruitment process, be familiar with sourcing techniques and have experience working with applicant tracking systems. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently manage time and stay organized.

Responsibilities include: designing job descriptions; sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals; screening resumes; conducting interviews; negotiating offers and providing feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter will also maintain accurate records of the recruitment activities.
