Additionally, they will be required to review security risk assessments regularly and develop action plans accordingly.

The Security Manager must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. They should also have an up-to-date knowledge of industry changes in order to implement effective new procedures or strategies when needed. A valid driver's license is also preferred, as some travel may be required when necessary.
