Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Secretary to join our team at our Doha office. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure that the office runs smoothly.

As a Secretary, you should be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and able to work independently with little supervision. You should also be a quick learner and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and emails, filing documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, taking notes during meetings, handling correspondence, managing databases, preparing presentations, ordering supplies and equipment, tracking inventory levels, running errands as needed, completing tasks assigned by the senior members of the team.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500 per month for this position. We are open to considering candidates from outside of Qatar with minimal work experience in a similar capacity. If you believe that you have what it takes to excel in this role then we invite you to apply!
