Job Title: Paramedic

Salary: 1700 QAR/Month

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paramedic to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional medical assistance to patients in emergency situations.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. They should also be able to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as have an understanding of the importance of maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:
• Provide emergency medical assistance to patients in need including administering first aid and performing basic life support procedures.
• Assess patients’ conditions, administer medications and treatments, and monitor vital signs.
• Document patient care activities accurately and completely in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to calls for help from other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare staff, patients, and their families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and progress reports.
• Remain current on new developments in the field of paramedicine by attending educational courses or workshops as needed.

Qualifications:
• Must hold a valid Paramedic certificate or diploma from an accredited institution. • At least 3 years experience working as a paramedic in an emergency setting is preferred. • Must be able to work autonomously as well as collaborate with other team members effectively. • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office Suite; knowledge of medical software programs is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; able to communicate clearly with coworkers, medical staff, patients, and their families is essential. • Ability to remain calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills; must be able to think quickly on their feet in order to provide the best possible care for patients at all times.
