Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1200 QAR/month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in supervising a team and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider a foreign candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and delegate tasks to staff members in order to ensure they are completed on time and according to specified standards
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback when necessary
• Manage daily operations of the workplace
• Ensure safety protocols are being followed at all times
• Resolve employee issues or disputes in a timely manner
• Provide guidance and support to new staff members
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or similar role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively under pressure • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
