Land Surveyor Vacancy in Riyadh

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of 1100 and the opportunity to work with an experienced and well-respected team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with land surveying, mapping, and related activities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other computer software programs used for land surveying
• Ability to interpret legal documents such as deeds, bonds, leases etc.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh if necessary (foreigners considered)

Overview of Job:
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for performing land surveys for various projects, including boundary surveys, topographical surveys, construction staking/layout surveys etc. He/she will use modern tools such as Total Stations & GPS systems to collect data and create detailed maps/plans for projects. The Land Surveyor will also be required to interpret legal documents pertaining to the survey projects.
