Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in accounting, and be able to work with minimal supervision. This position is offering a competitive salary of 1200. We are willing to consider foreign applicants.

Responsibilities
• Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
• Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts
• Develop standards for accounting records and procedures
• Provide advice on budgeting matters such as cost analysis or forecasting strategies
• Evaluate accuracy of financial documents and records
• Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences
• Consult with management on tax issues such as tax liability or changes in tax law
• Perform audits by investigating account discrepancies and irregularities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; certification as CPA is preferred but not required
• Minimum 1 year work experience in accounting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, laws, regulations, standards; GAAP preferred
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
• High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
