We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai! We are a small but growing business and require someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry, with an eye for detail and a friendly personality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including creating menus, overseeing food service operations, managing staff, developing relationships with suppliers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to manage stressful situations. Additionally, they should possess a good knowledge of local regulations and health codes.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Supervise day-to-day operations in the restaurant.
• Ensure that all staff are properly trained in customer service and food safety protocols.
• Monitor customer feedback and act accordingly to address any issues.
• Develop strategies to increase customer base and improve profitability.
• Create daily/weekly/monthly reports regarding restaurant performance.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere at all times by ensuring staff morale is high.
• Design menus that appeal to customers while also staying within budget parameters.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices are delivered on time.
