Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary: 1300 AED per month

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management and customer service. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to think quickly on their feet.

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will work closely with our kitchen staff as well as front of house staff to ensure that all customers receive excellent service. You will also be expected to keep a close eye on inventory levels and stock levels, plan menus and coordinate special events as needed. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with local food trends in order to adjust our menu accordingly.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience working in a restaurant environment but we are also open to consider immigrants with no prior experience in this field. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized and able to work independently under pressure while still meeting deadlines. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with customers from different cultures and backgrounds. In addition, you should possess strong problem solving skills and be able to think quickly on your feet in order to best cater to customer needs.
