Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all staff are properly trained and well-versed in customer service protocols. This position requires someone with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience as a restaurant manager or similar role. We are open to considering foreign candidates with the necessary qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations in the restaurant, including supervising staff, hiring new employees, and scheduling shifts
• Ensure that food safety regulations and hygiene standards are met consistently
• Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement for customer service and food quality
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability of the restaurant
• Create promotional materials for the restaurant and coordinate marketing campaigns
• Create reports on financial performance metrics such as sales revenue, costs, and profits
• Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve any disputes quickly

Salary: 1200 AED per month
