Job Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, ordering supplies, and supervising staff
• Ensure health and safety standards are met at all times
• Maintain effective communication between staff, customers and management team
• Monitor customer feedback to improve the customer experience

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Fluency in English is required
