Job Summary:
We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The role will involve operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, cranes and excavators for construction projects. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1800 USD/month. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities: a strong understanding of safety protocols when operating heavy machinery; experience with various types of heavy machinery; the ability to read and interpret instruction manuals; excellent communication skills to collaborate with other stakeholders on the project; strong problem-solving skills; and physical fitness to handle manual labor tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Heavy Equipment Operator's primary responsibility will be operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, cranes, and excavators on construction sites. They will be required to ensure that all machines are working safely and efficiently at all times. Additionally, they must maintain records of the use of machinery on each site, inspect the machines before each shift to ensure that they are in good condition, clean and maintain the machines regularly, troubleshoot any issues that arise onsite, and follow all safety protocols while operating the machines.

Qualifications:
A valid driver's license is essential for this role as some travel between sites may be necessary. Candidates should also have a minimum of two years' experience in operating heavy equipment or a relevant certification in this field from a recognized institution. Finally, candidates must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as excellent problem-solving skills to identify potential challenges before they occur onsite.
