Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Teacher to join our team at Al-Kuwait. As a Teacher you will primarily be responsible for providing quality education to children in our educational institution, while also ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. This position offers a salary of 1500 per month and we are open to considering immigrants.

Duties & Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as Teacher include but are not limited to:
• Developing lesson plans and teaching materials that suit each student’s individual needs
• Assigning tasks, tests, projects, and other activities to assess students’ progress
• Monitoring student performance on classroom activities and assessments
• Assisting students in understanding concepts by using various teaching methods such as group discussions, role play etc.
• Communicating regularly with parents/guardians concerning the academic progress of their children
• Creating a positive learning environment in the classroom through effective classroom management techniques
• Participating in staff meetings/training sessions as required

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a teacher or tutor
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to inspire and motivate students • Knowledge of current educational trends • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people • Commitment to professional development
