We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the café, and interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Barista in a high-volume environment. They should possess excellent customer service skills and have a passion for coffee. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently, be detail-oriented, and able to multi-task efficiently.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages
• Creating specialty drinks according to customer requests
• Interacting with customers in a professional manner
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the café
• Operating espresso machines and other equipment
• Ensuring that all products are prepared according to company standards
• Ensuring that inventory is stocked properly and ordering supplies as needed
• Taking customer orders accurately
• Meeting all health code standards
• Staying up to date on trends in the coffee industry
