We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in the beautiful city of Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and served with excellent customer service.

Job Description:
The Executive Chef is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning, ordering supplies, staff management, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills, an eye for detail and a passion for creating amazing dishes. The Executive Chef must be able to delegate tasks and motivate staff to ensure that all areas of kitchen operations run smoothly. Additionally, the Executive Chef is accountable for developing new menu items and processes that will drive business growth.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef
• Proven leadership experience in a professional kitchen
• Extensive knowledge in food safety and sanitation standards
• Exceptional culinary skills with a focus on quality
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for creating unique menu items with international flair
• Salary 1000 AED/month (negotiable)
