Accountant - Kuwait

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The Accountant will be a part of the finance department and will be responsible for helping to manage the financial operations of the company.

The ideal candidate should have an accounting degree or equivalent experience; have excellent knowledge of relevant accounting software; be familiar with current accounting regulations; and have strong communication and organizational skills. Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality who do not need to be proficient in English.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing annual budgets, forecasting financial plans, and maintaining accurate account records
• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy in financial statements
• Monitoring payments due, preparing invoices, and monitoring accounts receivable
• Analyzing financial data using appropriate software programs to prepare reports and make recommendations for improvement
• Preparing tax returns and payroll information as required by law
• Assisting with internal audits, managing petty cash transactions, and reviewing employee expenses
• Complying with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and ethical standards related to the profession.
