We are looking for a qualified Optometrist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing optometric services and be licensed to practice in the UAE. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with a wide variety of patients.

Job Description:
As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services to patients. This includes performing eye exams, making diagnoses, prescribing medications and contact lenses, interpreting test results, and providing referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary. You will also be responsible for educating patients on proper eye care techniques and helping them understand their vision problems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in optometry from an accredited university or college
• Licensed to practice as an Optometrist in the UAE
• Knowledge of current optometric practices and procedures
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations using specialized instruments
• Make diagnoses based on patient symptoms and exam results
• Educate patients on proper eye care techniques such as how to clean contact lenses properly
• Prescribe corrective lenses or medications as needed
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals when necessary (ophthalmologists, etc.)
• Maintain accurate patient records using medical software programs
