Position: Executive Chef
Location: El-Fujairah
Salary: AED 1200 per month

We are currently searching for an experienced Executive Chef for a restaurant in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for preparing delicious meals. The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate their ability to lead a team of kitchen staff and manage the daily operations of the kitchen.

The primary responsibility of the Executive Chef is to create and maintain high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations. The Executive Chef will be expected to develop new recipes, maintain food safety standards, and ensure kitchen staff are properly trained and supervised. Additionally, the Executive Chef must ensure that all ingredients are ordered in accordance with budget requirements and all orders are completed on time.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess at least 5 years of professional chef experience in a high-volume restaurant setting. Candidates must also have completed a culinary degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited culinary institution. We are open to considering foreign applicants with proven cooking experience abroad and relevant certifications.

The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
