Job Duties:
• Prepare food to the highest standards while following the recipes provided.
• Manage kitchen personnel, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Monitor food supplies and ingredients to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in working order.
• Manage the ordering of food supplies as needed.
• Develop new menus for customers according to their needs.
Qualifications:
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting is required.
• Proven experience as a chef or cook with excellent knife skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
