Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1300 AED

We are looking for an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a passion for baking, a commitment to excellence, and an understanding of the importance of working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should also possess strong organizational skills and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare pastries, breads, cakes, desserts and other baked goods according to recipes and specifications.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients, supplies and equipment needed for baking.
• Ensure kitchen area is kept clean at all times.
• Create unique presentations for special events or holidays.
• Develop new recipes or modify existing recipes for different types of pastries.
• Maintain adherence to all health and safety regulations while preparing food items.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Bakery Manager with at least 5 years in the industry.
• Immigrant status will be considered as an asset.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, food safety regulations and nutrition guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
