Supervisor Position (Abu-Dhabi, 1700 AED/month)

We are looking for an experienced or inexperienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position is open to both UAE nationals and foreign applicants.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem solving skills, be able to communicate effectively with customers and staff, have strong leadership abilities, and have a good understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Previous experience in a supervisory role is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business
• Ensure safety regulations are adhered to at all times
• Train and motivate staff members
• Monitor performance of staff members
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service
• Develop strategies for improved efficiency and productivity
• Keep up with industry trends and developments

Salary: 1700 AED/month
