We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the region and develop your career in HR.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. They will also be responsible for developing training programs, managing employee benefits, overseeing payroll administration, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, resolving conflicts between employees and supervisors, and maintaining personnel records.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field as well as 3+ years of experience working in HR. They must possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners is essential. Experience working with foreign nationals is advantageous but not necessary as we are open to considering candidates from all backgrounds.
