We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our establishment in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring that our customers experience a high quality service at all times. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, managing staff, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will need to ensure that customer satisfaction is always met and exceeded, as well as developing systems to improve efficiency. You will be required to monitor staff performance, ensuring they follow procedures and health & safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventories, ordering stock & supplies as needed.

You must be able to communicate effectively with other members of staff and customers alike, whilst showing excellent problem solving skills when faced with challenging situations. You must have excellent organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of operations within the restaurant at all times.
