We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing job candidates. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 900 AED per month, and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the role.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in recruitment. You should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized with the ability to multitask, and must possess a strong knowledge of current recruiting practices and trends. You should also have a good understanding of different job roles within various industries and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Your main duties will include conducting initial phone interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role; offering advice on potential interview questions; negotiating job offers; liaising with employers; preparing reports on recruitment activity; organizing job fairs; maintaining contact databases; and ensuring that any data collected is stored securely in accordance with GDPR regulations.
