Kindergarten Teacher Job Description – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality education to our young students in a stimulating and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic and passionate educator who is capable of teaching a variety of courses in a creative and effective way.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering age-appropriate lessons that are stimulating, engaging and meet the individual needs of each student
• Developing lesson plans that incorporate learning objectives while taking into consideration the individual learning styles of each student
• Utilizing a variety of teaching strategies to promote student learning, development, engagement and cooperation within the class
• Monitoring student achievement closely through assessments and providing feedback on progress
• Assisting with the organization of special events such as field trips, classroom parties, etc.
• Developing positive relationships with parents/carers to ensure they are informed and involved in their child’s progress
• Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, behavior and other relevant information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Kindergarten
• Current or valid teacher certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in English language (written & spoken) is essential

Salary: 1000 AED per month
