Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in this field and be ready to work with high-precision machines. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1400 per month. We are willing to consider foreign candidates who meet the criteria.

Responsibilities:
• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or other specifications to determine machining operations
• Select the right tooling for specific operations
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery
• Make sure all parts produced meet customer requirements
• Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety regulations
• Monitor production rates according to schedule
• Collaborate with other team members when needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
• At least 3 years of prior experience as a CNC operator
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM programs is desirable
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Attention to detail with strong problem solving skills
