We are looking for a talented and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for making a difference in the construction industry. The successful candidate must be able to manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in construction management
• Proven track record of successfully completed building projects
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations and codes
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Description:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish; this includes project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, quality assurance/control, and post-construction activities. The Construction Manager will also ensure compliance with all applicable regulations as well as client requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage the team of contractors working on the project as well as coordinate with other departments involved in the process.

Salary Range: 1200 AED/month
