Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-precision machining tasks with utmost accuracy. They must possess the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, operate CNC machines, and perform quality inspections as per the desired specifications.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the CNC Operator is to operate CNC machines safely and accurately in order to produce high-quality parts. This includes programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines/tools to produce parts as specified by the technical drawings. The successful candidate should also be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to CNC machining, as well as perform necessary maintenance on CNC machinery. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining a clean workspace and ensuring safe working conditions at all times.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with at least one year of experience in operating CNC machines/tools. They should have strong knowledge of machine shop math and proven mechanical aptitude skills with an attention to detail. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills in order to clearly understand customer requirements and efficiently communicate with other team members. Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software is also preferred but not required.
