We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant must be able to manage a team of professionals and handle day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong organizational aptitude.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our employees, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance and feedback when needed, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and providing leadership to motivate employees. They should also have the necessary problem-solving skills to anticipate issues and address them in a timely manner. Additionally, they must have knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensure that these are followed by all members of the team.

The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role and ideally hold at least an undergraduate degree in business or management. We are offering a salary of 1400 for this role and are open to considering applicants from abroad.
