Al-Kuwait is a construction company that specializes in building and remodeling residential and commercial buildings. We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are searching for a Construction Manager to oversee the daily operations of our projects. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in construction management as well as a deep understanding of building codes and regulations. They must also possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion of all tasks.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
