We are looking for a reliable, highly organized Security Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security strategies to protect the company’s assets. As the Security Manager, you will coordinate with other departments and external organizations to ensure that all security-related activities comply with relevant regulations and procedures.

You will also be in charge of developing security policies and protocols, monitoring access control systems, and ensuring that all employees receive proper safety training. Your role includes overseeing the recruitment, selection, and training of security personnel. You will also have the responsibility of performing regular audits to assess the effectiveness of existing security measures. Furthermore, you will need to keep abreast of any changes in industry regulations or practices that could impact our operations.

The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills as well as strong communication abilities. You should also have an understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to security management. The ideal candidate must possess a valid security license or certification as well as a minimum of five years’ experience working in a similar role. We are ready to consider immigrants for this position with a salary of 1600 per month.
