Position Title: Painter

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1300 QAR/month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and reliable Painter to join our team in Doha. This person should have excellent attention to detail and be willing to learn new techniques. The Painter will be responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings as well as vehicles. The ideal candidate should have the ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently with minimal supervision. We are also open to considering persons without any prior experience in this field.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare job sites by removing existing finishes; protecting surfaces; preparing surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling cracks or holes; masking trim and fixtures; taping drop cloths; mixing paints according to specifications; priming surfaces as necessary.
• Select appropriate paints, brushes, rollers, mixers, etc., according to the job requirements.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, air guns or other painting equipment in order to achieve desired finish on walls and other surfaces.
• Inspect surfaces for defects prior to painting and perform minor repairs as necessary.
• Mix various types of paints including enamels, latexes and lacquers according to specifications or color charts.
• Clean up job site after completion of work including removal of paint cans, drop cloths and other debris from the premises.
• Keep records of materials used in order to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of various types of paints products their application processes is an advantage but not mandatory .
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering strictly to safety regulations . • Attention to detail with good organizational skills .
