Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1700 QAR/month

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing the operations of our company in a professional and efficient manner. The Supervisor will ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures and will provide guidance on how to improve operations.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field. He/she must have excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.

The Supervisor will be responsible for training new staff members, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction, resolving customer complaints efficiently, organizing staff meetings to discuss operations and resolve issues, monitoring employee performance, providing feedback and performance reviews with employees on a regular basis, and other relevant duties as assigned by management.
