Job Duties:
* Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure that procedures are followed correctly.
* Provide direction and guidance to staff members on day-to-day tasks.
* Develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Evaluate performance of staff members.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Create reports for management on progress and performance.
* Troubleshoot problems as they arise.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
* Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the role.
