Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of foods according to recipes and menus
- Monitoring the quality of ingredients used in the preparation of dishes
- Ensuring that all food is cooked and served on schedule and according to food safety standards
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces as needed
- Purchasing ingredients from local vendors as needed
- Supervising kitchen staff when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Ability to work in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines - Excellent organizational skills - Great attention to detail - Good communication skills - Familiarity with modern cooking methods, tools, ingredients, and recipes
