Restaurant Manager job vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, and be able to manage all aspects of restaurant operations.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere for customers, ensuring all staff members are presentable and adhere to company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be expected to hire, train, supervise and motivate staff; plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations; respond to customer complaints; oversee the maintenance of the premises as well as other duties required in order to ensure smooth running of the business. Good financial acumen is essential for this role.

The successful applicant must have a degree in hospitality or a related field of study, as well as strong communication skills in both English and Arabic. Experience working with international clientele is advantageous.
