Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: 1500 AED

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years of experience managing a restaurant in the UAE or GCC region;
• Excellent knowledge of hospitality law and safety practices;
• Proven track record of effectively managing staff, budgets and operations;
• Thorough understanding of customer service and food safety standards;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicts;
• Outstanding organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English is a must. Additional language skills are preferred (Arabic).

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing daily restaurant operations;
• Ensuring high levels of customer service;
• Training, supervising and motivating staff, including recruitment & disciplinary procedures;
• Maximizing profits by controlling costs and setting budgets;
• Maintaining accurate financial records;
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed;
• Responding to customer complaints or concerns.
