We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, mapping boundaries and other features of the land and providing detailed plans for a variety of projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of surveying methods and tools. We are open to considering candidates with no prior experience but they must have a strong interest in the field of land surveying. The position pays 1700 SAR per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conducts land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, etc.
• Collects, stores and records measurements accurately
• Analyzes data collected during surveys to generate maps, plans, reports and other documents
• Identifies discrepancies in survey data or other irregularities
• Interprets geographical information systems (GIS) data
• Obtains consent from property owners when necessary
• Identifies potential risks associated with survey operations

Requirements:
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and methods including GPS positioning systems
• Good math skills and knowledge of trigonometry principles
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Physically capable of working outdoors in all types of weather conditions
