The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business and helping to ensure that it runs efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and an eye for detail. They should also be able to work independently, while demonstrating exceptional customer service and problem solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is highly desirable but not required.

Your main duties will include: managing staff schedules; monitoring employee performance; taking charge of customer service inquiries; managing budgeting and invoicing; creating promotional material; handling customer complaints; overseeing maintenance of office equipment; carrying out market research; ensuring regulatory compliance; developing strategies to increase sales and profits; creating reports on operational activity; attending meetings with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
