Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced optometrist to join our team at our Doha location. Our optometrist will work closely with our ophthalmologists and other medical professionals to provide the best possible care for patients. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800 QAR per month (or equivalent foreign currency).

Job Requirements & Duties:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry or related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the field
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of contact lenses, glasses, eye diseases, vision problems and treatments

Duties:
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations as required by law
• Diagnose vision problems and prescribe corrective lenses as necessary
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative examinations for refractive surgery patients • Educate patients on proper eye care • Keep detailed patient records • Provide general consultation on vision health
